Seems to be what I hear the most these days.
We ARE different and that is the beauty of it.
Instead of telling people not to talk about faith or politics, not to ask about what they don't understand, instead of creating tabus to avoid offending others, we should teach them how to talk about it.
We should teach people how to ask. We should stop taking things personally and allowed to be asked. If someone offends you, politely let them know and if you offend someone, say you're sorry.
We shouldn't be scared to talk about things in the workplace, our families or anywhere else.
We could learn so much from each other if we talked and asked in the right way.
